Getting on island time is easy at Salty Goat, a canal front raised beach house at Litchfield Beach. Located on the east side of the canal, the beach is a short block away. Amenities include a floating dock on the tidal canal, spacious yard, and furnished front porch and back deck.

The main floor has a central kitchen located between two living areas, each with a ceiling fan and TV. Five bedrooms and three full baths are also on the main floor. One bedroom with a half bath is on the ground floor with exterior access only; however, the outdoor stairwell to the main floor is conveniently under cover.

Also on ground level is an outdoor walk-in shower room with hot and cold, laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer, covered parking, and wrap-around lawn.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 4-minute walk. The nearest of 7 neighborhood beach access-ways is located on the south side of the nearby Litchfield Inn.

CREEK ACCESS: The private floating dock with land-based gangway is located on a tidal canal. A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek.
