The entire cabin was remodeled from top to bottom: New Flooring, Tiled Bathrooms, New Appliances, and Fresh Interior and Exterior Paint. We included everything our family enjoys when we are on our own vacations. The entertainment in this cabin will appeal to everyone- from 5-smart TVs throughout the home to the Shuffleboard Table.

The closet located in the 2nd floor hallway is OFF LIMITS. The cabinets in between the downstairs bathroom and bedroom is also off limits.

A/C units are upstairs only. Downstairs only has heating. Even in the summers, the downstairs remains cool.
🤝Most of these `rules` should be an obvious courtesy to the neighbors, our home, and/or regulations by the city. This ensures that everyone has the same expectations ahead of time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation 🤝

⚠️Any verifiable rule violation will result in a fine and possible immediate removal from the property without refund. ⚠️

*no exceptions to the rules*
1. STRICT Noise curfew of 10PM-7am SHARP.
2. NO PARTIES!! This is not a party house.
3. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL (inside or outside). $350 charge for smoking violations.
4. 🐶No pets on furniture or carpeted areas. All pet droppings must be picked up prior to departure. A $100 charge will be applied, which will go directly to the cleaning team. The Pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay.
5. No loud music or shouting that neighbors might be able to hear - please be respectful!
6. 🅿️ No parking on the street. There is plenty of parking in the driveway (City Regulation 😔)
7. Please do not wash off makeup or any tanning with the white towels. We have provided nice makeup towels for your convenience. Please bring your own towels if you have a self body tans that can causes stains. And please do not use the white bath towels for kitchen or outdoor messes. A $50 fee will be charged for replacement cost of the towels.
8. This is the part I have no control over, as Big Bear City Regulations require guests to take all trash to one of the drop-off locations. This is Big Bear Lake City policy👎 - a $100 fee will be charged for garbage left behind/overflow garbage bin
9. Please NO SHOES on the indoor furniture and area rugs. No eating on the couches or bedrooms.
10. Turn off all heating/AC units whenever you are not home.
11. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
12. Do not remove things from the linen closet. If additional supplies are needed please reach out to me directly via text message.
13. 🐻 Due to wildlife, please do not leave food outside
14. 🚽 Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper in the toilet
15. 🔋 Do NOT move charging stations

We have a security camera on at the front of the house that faces out to the driveway, away from the door. 2. Nest Doorbell Camera located in the entryway. Photo`s of the house will be taken prior to your stay to ensure that no damages are made.
