Located on the first floor (with lift), it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 45 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a queen-size bed (160×200) - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside: - A swimming pool (unheated and shared with the residence) of approximately 600 m², open all year round, secured by a fence and a digital code gate. It is the second largest swimming pool in Guadeloupe - A 15 m² terrace, facing east, with a view of the tropical garden and furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
