Nestled between the highly sought after Anna Maria Island and Saint Armands Circle this amazing Longboat Key Boathouse offers just as much enjoyment as it does relaxation. This newly renovated direct waterfront ground floor condo is just a 7-minute walk to your private beach entrance to the Gulf of Mexico. This one story condo unit includes a King Bed in the bedroom, a walk in shower, walk in closet, futon bed in living room, full kitchen, super high speed 600mbps internet, stream your favorite movies, over 140 tv channels, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer and a front and back patio with a private boat dock. Come walk out of your back door to the intercoastal waterway, fish or sit and enjoy the water! Property also has it very own designated carport parking space. Just down the road is the kayak launch into the inter-coastal waterway. Guests will need to provide their own boat and water activities (kayak, fishing gear, etc.).

Just one block away make sure to get your fresh coffee at the deli and bakery shop, beach chairs and snacks at the convenience store and bicycle rentals at the bike shop.
Whether you prefer to bike or go on a peaceful walk, the 16 acre Joan M Durante Community Park has an entrance approx. 100 feet from your front door with flower gardens and beautiful Banyan trees, it's a must see!

Longboat Key has lovely restaurants like Maison Blanche for French Cuisine, Lazy Lobster and Shore if you'd prefer to dine waterfront.

If you feel you still want a little more variety, head North 3 miles and you'll find the waterfront beach market on Coquina Beach every Wednesday and Sunday or shop till you drop in the beautiful Saint Armands Circle if you head South 9 miles. The Ringling Museum is right there as well.

There are endless recreational and cultural activities of a classical Florida beach vacation right at your doorstep. No need to use the car for anything you don't want to!

❤️ Boathouse

Always nervous when checking into place that your staying a month in….no problem this place was exactly as seen in vrbo site. What a great stay everything you need but no clutter. We loved having coffee out side in the morn & my husband loved throwing a fishing line into the canal. Based on my rating you can tellwe so hope to come back.

the boat house

install grab bars in shower to prevent slips and falls, replace the large pillows in bedroom they are really flat and worn out-note I had to fold those pillows in 1/2 to get some support for my head -install a shelf in shower for shampoo and conditioner and bar soap add one more comfortable chair in living room

Relaxing stay

The property was marvelous, very clean and very comfortable. But most amazing of all was that it felt like home, so cosy and warm! And the beach is fantastic! The only downside was that the water sport activities were rather far and not as adventurous as we expected. But if you want a relaxing comfy holiday, this is the place to be!

I have lived in Central Florida for most of my life and have a stressful career in the Fire Service. I feel like I've traveled everywhere in Florida to find a place where I can go to relax and decompress. I've always found my peace by the water. I feel Longboat Key is one of the most beautiful places in Florida. Longboat Key makes me feel like I can let go and sink into the environment, kind of a home away from home and surround myself in the natural beauty of it. I would love to share the joy I get from being here with others.

This property is an absolute gem. I've stayed in many hotels most often feel like I need a vacation after the vacation because the trip constantly had me on the go and the hotel room is just a place to sleep. This BoatHouse in Longboat Key is Different. It's in the middle of everything and feels like a home. There's so many attractive natural elements everywhere. Relaxing and active. Perfectly suitable for anyone and you can do as much or as little as you want and still be surrounded by a beautiful environment. There's also a peacefulness that being directly on the water creates. I absolutely love coming here.
