Great getaway!

We live in FL and decided to do a little 2 day staycation. The room and property were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. It was great having a very small number of people on a beautiful beach!! They even provide chairs, umbrellas and towels for guest to use. We will come back again!

Adequate room, good value

This unit is not luxurious, but it is priced right for the location. Don't stay here if you expect to spend a lot of time in the room as there is not really a comfortable place to sit, but do stay here if you want a convenient location, friendly staff and guests, and extremely close access to the gorgeous beaches of Longboat Key

We loved long boat key. Its central to so many beautiful beaches. The room amenities were scarce. No sink in kitchenette.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly appreciated the cleanliness, friendliness, and location of this rental. Clean and comfortable small unit at a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely and warm pool right on a beautiful beach front. The unit itself is clean and comfortable but fairly small. It did not have a kitchen sink so washing dishes in the bathroom was a bit odd, but not that big of a deal.

Weekend getaway

The stay was very nice. My only recommendation would be is to get a bigger TV. We did have a lot of rain this weekend and spent a lot of time in the room and the TV is smaller or as small as a computer screen and cannot be seen from the bed. Other than that the room was just as described. Very good weekend

Short Get Away

Silver Sands has the sweetest people, and they make your stay super enjoyable. This was my 3rd time to stay here. I had an efficiency that was perfection for one or two people. Parking is easy. Pool is great. Beach is the best. Unit was immaculate with everything you need. I was in an upstairs unit. Would stay here again. It’s a great place, communication is awesome, and in a beautiful place to visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio unit worked well for a single week rental. Would definitely want a larger unit if the stay was longer for addition seating options while in room. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed walks on the beach which included chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for a beach getaway.

It was ok

It was ok, it was really dark. The sign is not lit up so we ended up passing up the place. When we got there the outside lights were out as well. So we had to use our phone lights to navigate around. The pool and beach are nice, the room was very basic.
