Imagine your stay in a small, authentic village on the west coast of Île d'Oléron, north of La Cotinière, in the hamlet of La Biroire. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the tranquility and laid-back atmosphere of this little village, while the nearby beach invites you to relax.

Your haven, a charming, recently renovated terraced house, spans two levels and features an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy meals or simply unwind. Just a five-minute walk away, you'll discover the beach, promising refreshing swims and walks with family or friends. In less than ten minutes by car, the shops of La Cotinière offer fresh produce and local specialties.

Stepping through the door, you enter a welcoming 30 m² living area, where a fully equipped kitchenette—refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender—will inspire you to prepare delicious meals. The living room, with its three-seater sofa, armchair, and a table surrounded by five chairs, becomes the ideal place to share a convivial moment. A toilet with a washing machine completes this level.

Upstairs, a landing leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin—complete with a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo—as well as two inviting bedrooms. The first, spacious with a 160x200 cm bed, a dressing room, an armchair, and bedside tables, offers a cozy retreat with its light-filtering shutters. The second, smaller bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a chair. Access to the upper floor is via a straight, narrow staircase, adding to the house's authentic charm.

Outside, a 9 m² terrace equipped with two tables, four chairs, a griddle, and a parasol invites you to enjoy sunny days. The window, with its splayed opening, provides a comfortable seat for reading or simply soaking up the sun.

To stay connected, free Wi-Fi access is available. You can also choose to rent bed linen and towels for €20 per bed, or €10 per person for a set of towels and washcloths. Upon arrival, basic cooking and cleaning supplies will be provided to make your stay easier. Small dogs are welcome, provided they sleep in their carrier and not on the beds or sofa. A cleaning fee of €60 is available if you don't have time to clean before your departure. A contract will be sent after your booking. A security deposit of €600 by check will be required upon arrival and refunded within 7 days of your departure, after inspection.

Finally, to park your vehicle, you can park along the wall opposite the house or in the shade of the woods on Rue de la Plaine. Here, every detail has been considered to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.
