Newly Renovated Beach Condo with views of the ocean and downtown Corpus Christi!

Relax and unwind at our recently renovated beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. This 420 sq ft. condo is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a beach getaway. Beach Haven condo is located close to many attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and many downtown restaurants.

Condo Space
This cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beach condo is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It offers a new Queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress, (2) Twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. We provide all dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There are (2) televisions in the space (living and bedroom).

The complex has (2) private pools, barbecue grills on the property, and picnic tables. We are on the top floor of building #1 which is where the heated pool is located during winter months. There are coin and credit card operated washer/dryers located on each floor. We do provide free Wi-Fi, basic cable tv, and you will have access to Netflix. There is elevator access to reach Beach Haven condo.

***Upon check-in at the front office, you will be charged a non-refundable $15 check-in fee which will go towards parking, a gate access card, and wrist bands to use the pools and amenities. The complex is also currently under renovation. They are currently replacing all exterior siding and painting during the weekdays.
