Peaceful beach condo

This is our third time staying at this condo. I really thought about giving it 1 star reviews so that nobody else would discover it It’s peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Whether you spend your days on the sound or walk to the beach, you just cannot go wrong with this place. Everybody we ever meet are so nice. If it’s night life and restaurants galore you’re looking for, then this place is not for you.

Perfect weekend get away

Me and the wife planned a last minute weekend get away with our 8 month year old. This is the perfect location and is very quiet. We had the best time on the bayside beach area. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-in process and cleanliness of the room.

Great stay

This property was clean, accessible, and comfortable. Only minor complaint was the size of the bathroom, but it was not a major problem, even for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Views were great! The access to the dock was fantastic. We watched sunsets, dolphins, and made a blue heron friend. I will for sure book this property again! Thank you

Small but fabulous

I absolutely loved this property. Although we were only there for 2 days, I wish we would have stayed all week on this property. It was beautiful, clean, and a breathtaking view. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much for allowing me to make precious memories with my daughters after the sudden loss of my husband.

Super cute place, exactly what we needed.

This was perfect for me, my husband and our little girl! Super clean and right across the street from the beach. We did have some trouble getting into the pool with the actress code that was provided but we were able to use the other pool!

Property was very nice. The permaneent people were very nice and helped us rezolve the problem we had with door code. They also helped with othet itemz during stay. Room itzelf was ok. Weather was not the greatest so spent alot of time indoors.Found futon couch very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very small and not really zuitAble for larger people with mobility issues9

Exactly What I Needed!

I have been coming to Navarre for years and found this property this year. It may be my new favorite location. The easy access of the sound, the views, and the overall location were amazing. It was just me, and I had everything I couldve needed! The bed was comfortable as well. Thank you! I will be back again!

Great Location for the Price, BUT...

Great location for the price, but the floors were dirty with food particles and dirt when we arrived. No way to secure your door from the inside other than the one door lock. There was a double booking of the unit, and someone entered the code and came into the unit while we were lying in bed. Very embarrassing for both parties involved. I called the owner and advised them of the issue. They put the other party in a hotel until we left at our scheduled time the next day. This has never occurred before with a VRBO booking. I had to block the door with a chair, for fear of it happening again.

Nice location but NOT wheelchair accessible

There are several things appealing about this property for able bodied individuals. It has a great view of the sound, and it is close to the public beach access and the National Seashore. The pool was clean and nice and the fishing pier for residents was great. However, I hope the host will remove the wheelchair accessible symbol. My wife uses the smallest adult wheelchair, and it would not even fit through the bathroom door. This presented a big challenge for us and detracted from our enjoyment. I had asked for more pictures, but they did not show this restriction. Truthfully, I felt deceived. Otherwise, the property is nice for a couple or a small family.

Needs a total redo. Older buildings, tiny bathroom with broken toilet seat and hole patching on walls looked like it had been there awhile. VERY uncomfortable mattress with lots of squeaking every time you moved. Uncomfortable seating in unit and furnishings were very cheap. We had an issue with power for 1-2 of the unit upon arrival which was addressed the following morning so that was good. The unit was clean and had sufficient kitchen ware. My husband had to fix the TV with a roku device we found on the bedroom TV. Multiple remote devices that didn’t belong to anything. We had to purchase batteries for the Remote to work. Owners should ensure properties are ready for paying guests and keep them updated regularly. Too many issues with 309 and furnishings were very outdated and overall low quality and not comfortable.

Great view and location, but cleanliness needs improvement & privacy needs to be respected

PROS: The condo is a great space for two people, and the sunset on the bay through the windows was magnificent. CONS: As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm condo that smelled of mildew. Upon inspection, the fridge was left purposefully unplugged(power cord was brought to the top of the fridge) and the ice inside leaked all over the floor. The trashcan had liquid under the bag, which had a really foul-smelling odor. The floors and rugs seemed to have been barely swept or cleaned as a good amount of sand and dirt was present. Lastly, someone entered our room(without notice or permission) while we were at the beach. They left a Roku Stick(new-still in box) and a cord, which we did NOT request. The intention may have been a good, but this was a severe breach in our privacy and we immediately felt uncomfortable for the remainder of our time there. All-in-all, we would consider staying again if these issues/concerns were addressed and privacy was respected to it's absolute fullest. Ultimately, the condo is a really cute place to stay for a couple of days.

Property was ok. Neither TV worked and I was unable to get any answers on what needed to be done to get either television to work and was told that the HOA would be contacted never got any satisfaction

Simple elegance

Great little condo for a great price. Owners were great too. The only reason for the 4 stars on listing accuracy is because of the over head picture of the property. The picture needs to be updated. There have been lots more additions to the neighborhood since this pic was made.

Couples Beach Getaway

We had a great time at this sound side condo near Navarre Beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The condo buildings themselves are a tad worn out compared to other buildings in the area. The inside of the condo was nicely appointed and just right for the two of us to spend 5 nights. The queen size bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. The only downside is not having a washer and dryer available in the unit. I still feel that this condo is a great value for the money. Host was quick to respond when we decided to add on an extra night; we were enjoying ourselves so much we didn't want to leave! I have already shared this property with friends and I would recommend it to anyone.

Navarre Studio Apt.

This is a studio apt. with a full kitchen. There is no balcony so you have to go outside to enjoy the bay. The property was clean but needs quite a number of repairs. Communication was also not ideal. The location of this property is great, and it has nice amenities, like pool and laundry, but we would not book this particular apt. again.

Very nice place to stay!!

The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a nice little private beach but Navarre was only about 4 blocks away walking distance but was a bit far from the main beach restaurants but we got Ubers and Lyft when we wanted to go and used Walmart Delivery for supplies. If you have a car you’ll have no problem getting around or parking. We will definitely stay again!!
