Come stay on the Emerald Coast Beach in Navarre Beach Florida! Our updated, 11th floor, two bedroom vacation condo at Navarre Towers is located directly on the beach with a beautiful beach front views. Spend your day playing on the beach or just relaxing while listening to the waves cascading over the shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico. Relax at the end of the day at Navarre Tower's on your private balcony watching the beautiful sunset unfold before you.

This vacation condo is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay along the coast, however, if you choose to dine out you will find several choices right on the island. Start planning you next beach trip and choose Navarre Towers.

**** the living room shows a small tv but since these pictures were taken we have purchased a new 50 in. for the living room. There are no window coverings in the living room. Additionally, each bed has a brand new mattress. 😁

Condo with a View

Reservation process was easy. Payment was convenient. Check-in process was seamless. Accommodations were dated but very clean. Figuring out the cable was impossible and unable to use. You would be much better off using YouTube TV and its cheaper. I used my Netflix account as an alternative. Dish towels would have been nice to have in the kitchen. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and I had to buy more. The water heater was replaced while we were there. The hot water in the shower in the master bedroom was unpredictable so we agreed to have the hot water heater replaced while we were there. There was no water for 3 hours so we decided to hit the beach for that time. The staff were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. The hot water in the master shower was perfect after the replacement. We would consider renting from you again.

Amazing property and beach!

Our only issue was gaining access to condo due to a glitch in the digital lock and no property manager on sight. I called the host who immediately contacted her maintenance person who in turn ended up having to get a locksmith come. Although it was a little over 2 hours before we could get in the condo I do understand this was something beyond the host’s control and she was very prompt In getting the situation resolved. I have absolutely no complaints about the condo and the beach was absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean, everything as described. There are 2 queen beds in the second room. I loved waking up and watching the sunrise! We saw dolphins playing a couple times from the balcony. It felt homey but not like I was staying in someone’s home if that makes sense. I told my husband several times i could tempted to live here! Everything was perfect for us! Thank you so much!

Great yet gross

We love Navarre Beach. Long time travelers here for Fall Break. The condo building itself is perfect. Location, quiet, and easy to navigate. This specific condo was subpar. Arrived to an open front door (wide open, not locked). The WiFi was out for 3 days. And while this wouldn’t bother me normally it did affect the kids as they like their Nintendo’s and iPads for after beach. The owner did send a repairman to fix it. The cable kept disconnecting. The washing machine is moldy, there is black mold in the black ceramic sink. We discovered that while filling the sink with water bc the building had a mandatory water shutoff. So while using the water in sink to flush toilets we noticed the black mold chunks. If you don’t care about drywall and holes left from removing towel holders then it’s ok. Don’t plan on cooking here. There are 6 forks in the whole place. Minimal cookware. And the knives can’t cut a cucumber. I was honestly shocked at the positive reviews of this place. Major disappointment.

An ok trip

The condo needs updating and repairs ,especially the bathrooms . Our bath tub would not drain and was fixed on our fourth day. The towel tack had been taken down and was on a shelf in the closet. The sofa and love seat need replacing . With a little work and updating it would be an ideal retreat.

Nice Condo but not clean.

Our overall stay was awesome, but the condo was not clean when we arrived. Dirty floors throughout the condo. Now I know to expect a little sand due to the beach, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The beach chairs that were left in the master bedroom closet were full of sand. The pull out sofa bed had sand all in the sheets and they were dirty. I actually had to sweep and vaccum the entire condo myself on the first day we got there. Also, there are several appliances that either do not work or are damaged. The microwave/vent on top of the stove doesn't work. So anytime you cook, the condo will smell like food for hours. There was a replacement microwave on the countertop to use in place of the other one. Now the dishwasher was horrible. The door didn't even open all the way and you literally had to load your dishes on a 45 degree angle. When we arrived at the condo all the dishes were in the dishwasher and not put away. I feel like the cleaning is not a reflection on the owner, but on the cleaning services that the owner has employed to clean the condo. Also, there wasn't a mop to be found in the condo, but there was a mop bucket. Overall, this place would be much better if it was more thoroghly cleaned. The owner was contacted about the cleanliness and she offered to have the cleaning service come out and clean for us, but at that point I had already cleaned and it would have been pointless.

Perfect!

Absolutely the best location. Adjacent to the public beach access and a big empty protected dune lot - its is quiet and relaxing. The condo is great - wonderful view of the water and beach. Great space with plenty of room for just the 2 of us. Would easily accommodate 4 or 5 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, cutlery and dishes you would need. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus! I agree with others that the decor is just a little dated, but we were focused on the outside more than inside. We will definitely rent again and enjoy more time on the beach!
