On the ground floor (1 step for access) : large living room with direct access onto terrace (kitchen, dining, lounge areas, sofa bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangement only). Bathroom. Separate Wc. Upstairs : hall, 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms, one has an extra wooden cot, 1 twin room, 1 three-bedded room including a trundle bed). Shower room including Wc. Outdoors : raised enclosed terrace (table, benches, charcoal barbecue, electric barbecue). Small ground (unclosed and flat), lots of spaces/fields all around. Parking along the way/route. Zoo of Courzieu (shows with eagles and wolves) 11 kw away, city of L'Arbresle 16 km away. Courzieu train station 4 km (with tram-train to Lyon).
