Miami Vice is a lavish three-level, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath vacation home accommodating 14. It's located just steps away from one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Destin, and offers private, breathtaking views of the emerald-colored Gulf of Mexico. It boasts one of the most unique and impressive pools along the coast and embodies the heart of outdoor living.
This deluxe property encompasses sliding glass doors on the first and second levels, wrapping around the entire south elevation of the home bringing the outdoors in, and framing the vistas of the pool deck, allowing the breeze from the Gulf to put your mind at ease. The first floor features two of the four private guest suites and is home to the lower-level game room. The game room features a custom-built Mitchell pool table, fire hearth, and opens onto the expansive pool deck.
The outdoor entertaining area includes an outdoor kitchen, beverage center, icemaker, and custom-designed Kamado charcoal grill, with several seating areas. The pool is filled with warm, crystal clear water, and a backdrop landscape of tall palm trees and multiple fire pits. The pool continues around the corner of the house, featuring a hot tub and two lounge chairs for laying out and feeling the warm sun on your skin. With the sliding doors left open, guests can enjoy both the game room and pool area seamlessly. It's the perfect hangout after a day at the beach.
The second level has a spacious, open concept floor plan highlighting a gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances including a built-in steamer and warming drawer. The living area flows seamlessly onto the expansive balcony, creating picturesque coastal views. This level includes a third bedroom, which also, captures attractive views of the Gulf.
On the third floor, you will discover the awe-inspiring master bedroom. Designed with an attractive layout and contemporary aesthetic, this space will feel like your own private sanctuary. From the exclusive balcony, you can lay back and relax in luxury lounge chairs and watch the sunrise, enjoying spectacular, peaceful views of the Gulf.
