Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence (with lift), it consists of a lovely 24 m² living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room with separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (140x190cm with mattress), a dining table for 5 guests (room with blackout shutters)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, small fridge (no freezer)...
- A bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) (can be configured as a double bed on request, to be notified at the time of booking)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), window with blackout shutters
- A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private underground car park. (accessibility for vehicles with a maximum height of 173 cm and width of 230 cm)
