Customer service was great. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Dishwasher did not work, master bedroom fan did not work. A LOT of trees over cabin with acorns falling all night and day. Only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for a whole week with 5 people. Driveway is HORRIBLE, scraped my car every time in and out; it needs desperately needs to be repaved. Cabin was very clean but very outdated. Loved the gated community.

While the surrounding trees are part of the natural mountain setting, we understand that falling acorns can be disruptive. We also apologize for any confusion regarding supplies, as we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and other household essentials rather than enough for the entire stay. Very clean and easy to check in. I would recommend to not bring low cars because of the driveway. We would definitely come back!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, even has a waffle maker. The Hot tub was nice, I like that it’s located on a screened in porch. Driveway is a bit tricky with a low vehicle.

I didn’t want to fill this out but I think it needs to be known, Upon checking in, we found rodent poop all throughout the house. Thankfully we were given a refund but we were shocked to find this with all the previous good reviews.

Property exactly as described and pictured. Although we weren't at the cabin much it was a relaxing stay. The host provided basic necessities such as dish soap, single wash laundry soap, wash clothes, towels, etc so you didnt have to rush out and get things at the store. The only thing that was slightly troublesome was the road/ driveway was a little more difficult getting into. But we figured it out, just have to pull up past the dri away and back in. No biggie. But loved our experience. Thank you to the host!

Wonderful place to stay!!

The cabin was very cozy and home feeling. It was a great week to relax and enjoy a new place for vacation. We are highly recommending these cabins. It was very clean. We couldn’t have stayed in a hotel for a week but the cabin was a great price.
