Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift) of a building built in July 2023, it consists of a pretty 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Another studio, called "Sensations", with the same configuration, is available in the same building. It is possible to rent both studios at the same time, subject to availability.

The accommodation comprises
- 28 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The studio is ideally located in Rueil-Malmaison, close to the town centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
