Discover our spacious 325 m² villa, ideally located between the town center of Andernos-les-Bains and Arès, in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes by bike from the Bassin beach and 15 minutes by car from the ocean and the iconic and charming Cap Ferret Peninsula.



The Space:

La Maison du Bonheur is the ideal place for family reunions, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, family gatherings, anniversaries, and a multitude of other events with family or friends. Come enjoy its entertainment-focused amenities—this house offers the perfect vacation spot for families and groups of friends.



For weekend rentals, we offer arrival on Friday at 11:00 AM and departure on Sunday at 4:00 PM to make the most of your weekend.

Refresh yourself in one of the two heated and secure pools, open from April to November, with a dedicated wading pool for little ones, offering hours of fun for the whole family or group of friends.

Have fun with the recreational facilities, including a pétanque court, a mini-golf, a children's playground, a ping-pong table, as well as a giant chess set, checkers, and a giant Connect Four game.



Functional and friendly interior: The ground floor welcomes you with a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the region. The spacious dining room is ideal for convivial meals with family or friends and can seat 30 people. You can also enjoy a game room to entertain both young and old during downtime. The kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, two fridges, a freezer, two gas hobs, two ovens, and all the equipment needed to host more than 30 people.



La Maison du Bonheur Arès offers 9 Bedrooms and 30 Beds: Located on the ground floor and upstairs, each room is equipped with at least one double bed for a well-deserved rest after a day of adventure. One "pass-through" bedroom provides two additional beds, perfect for children.
