First floor:
- Relaxation area, library corner and board games
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- Two shower rooms

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful east/west facing garden of 900 m² and a 6x4 m terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Ouen-des-Alleux, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
