There are no stairs from the adjacent parking lot to the unit.
This unit is in Summit Village right next to the hotel, and it has views at the tubing hill/ Lake Bellaire/ fireworks for 4th of July and New Year and more. The unit offers free shuttle to the slopes as well as complementary access to indoor pool and spa during ski season and complementary WiFi.
During summer you get to enjoy free access to Lake Bellaire Summit Village Association Beach Club.
Room towels are not to be used at the pool or beach; guests need to bring own towels for the pool and beach.

After a day full of activities walk to the village bars and restaurants. No need to drive! The unit is also feet away from the Summit Village Shanty Creek shuttle stop. The shuttle can be used to travel between Shanty Creek villages and downtown Bellaire.
For your convenience, the unit includes fully equipped full kitchen. Please plan to bring your own coffee and anything else you would like to cook. Large size refrigerator with freezer is available in the unit as well as wood grill just outside of the unit.
The room is equipped with Roku TV with free TV options and your favorite apps.
Enough towels for four people are supplied in the room as well as a hair drier.

This is not a childproof unit. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the unit and on the balcony for the duration of their stay.

If using the fireplace, the guest is responsible to verify that the vent is open before usage.
