Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber den Pisten und dem Ivan's Mountain Side Grill, wo im Winter jedes Wochenende nur Essen und Live-Unterhaltung geboten wird. In den Frühlings- und Sommermonaten sehr ruhig.

Diese Wohnung im zweiten Stock befindet sich in perfekter Lage. Gehen Sie durch die Tür zu den Pisten von Schuss oder zum Golfplatz von Schuss. Diese 600 m² Wohnung wird 6 bequem schlafen. Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen TV. Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Full-Size-Futon an der Unterseite und eine Doppelkoje an der Spitze. Luftmatratze in voller Größe und neues Kinderbett verfügbar.
Die Küche ist voll mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet. Es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank und zwei Herdplatten, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler im Küchenbereich und alles, was Sie für eine Woche oder ein Wochenende zum Golfen oder Skifahren benötigen.
Die Shanty Creek Pools und Ivan's Restaurant sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über den Parkplatz entfernt. Live-Unterhaltung an jedem Wochenende im Winter.

Das Deck bietet Ihnen einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golfplatz von Schuss und Sie können schnell nachschauen, was bei Schuss passiert.
Wir haben gerade einen süßen Tisch und 4 Stühle hinzugefügt, damit Sie auf der Terrasse entspannen und die Aussicht genießen können.

Es gibt einen schönen Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Haben Sie nach einem Tag auf der Piste ein warmes Feuer. Der Eigentümer hat etwas Holz geliefert.

Shanty Creek Skifahren und Winteraktivitäten: Schuss Mountain hat Skifahren in Michigan schon lange definiert. Kein Wunder, dass Shanty Creek von OnTheSnow als 'Best Downhill Terrain Midwest' ausgezeichnet wurde. coms Besucher. Mit 53 Abfahrten auf seinen zwei Bergen und 4 Geländeparks verfügt es über eine 300 'Halfpipe.
Wir haben einige der besten Golfplätze in Michigan. Wir sind auf dem Schuss und es gibt The Chief, The Legend, Summitt, Hawkseye, The Farm.

Viele unserer Gäste nutzen unsere Eigentumswohnungen als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Sie sind nur 30-40 Minuten von Charlevoix, Petoskey und Traverse City entfernt. Shoppen, in die Casinos gehen, angeln, Boot am schönen Torch Lake besuchen, in die Bucht segeln, zu Sleeping Bear Dunes fahren, Bellaire hat wunderbare Restaurants, urige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sie finden einen Lebensmittelladen und einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte Wohnung und kochen ein tolles Essen.
Schwimmen, Boot fahren, Pools und Whirlpools nutzen, Sightsee. Es gibt immer was zu tun.
Es gibt Platz, um ein Boot zu parken.
Wird eine Übernachtung in Anspruch nehmen, wenn nicht ein Wochenende.

Ski Weekend

Great location for a ski weekend with the family. Kids took the bunk beds and had the pullout couch as overflow when they didn't want to share a bed. The condo setup was great for a long weekend, we could get right to the slopes or the pool from the condo without dealing with driving/parking. The kitchen was enough for us to make breakfast and lunches, could use a light under the microwave over the stove, but not a big deal. When we arrived on Saturday the parking lot was filled, but seemed to be skiers who cleared out eventually, and the schuss parking lot was just across the street. It snowed 2 feet in 4 days (!!!) and they did a good job of keeping the walkways clear to walk through. Overall, would stay there again.

Perfect family getaway

Great location to explore Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire. The access to the indoor and outdoor pools was great and perfect for the kids. The outdoor pool was beautiful. Condo was perfect size for our family of four.

Great place…unfortunately the pool was closed and we had to drive to another resort to use their pool but our key did not work to get in. I would stay again, it was cute and clean.

Nice place!

We enjoyed the place and looks exactly like the pictures! Only 2 negatives we felt was how far away the 2nd indoor pool/outdoor pool was, listing says 1.5 miles but google says 4.2 not that thats super far but just took us a while to find. Also could definitely use some new furniture. Other than that this place was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults and location is great for many different towns!

Second stay - perfect location!

Our second time in this condo. It's the perfect spot for our annual ski weekend at Schuss - the blue and pinks lifts are visible from the condo. Night skis for the kids and cocktails at Ivan's for Mom and dad after a long day of skiing.

We had a great stay. The condo is comfortable with everything you could want / need. Check in was easy and the checkout checklist is very short - not the case for many rentals. Perfect for skiing

This property is a perfect base camp for lots of skiing and lots of skiing breaks. Clean, efficient and easily walkable from the pink lift. Also very quick walk across the street to the pool. Will visit again!

Great location!

Great property to stay for skiing! Property was comfortable and as described in the listing. Perfect for a family of four. Was missing a long lighter for the fireplace, and could have used more toilet paper for a family of four staying three nights, but overall a great place to stay and would book again.

Great Ski location

The unit is smaller than I expected. But the location across the parking lot from Ivans and the ski hill was great. Bring your own beach towels for the pools. Also, there is no washer and dryer. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

What a perfect little spot for our family ski weekend. A little snafu getting into the house, but with a quick phone call we were in. Well stocked, just enough space for the four of us to relax between hours on the slopes. We'll be back!

Immaculate!

This compact condo was immaculate, and thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even several rolls of extra toilet paper! The location puts you close to Bellaire, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and some of the smaller, but cool villages like Alden. Good stay!

Nice location, responsive property manager

Was a nice place. Better suited for up to 5 people. We had 6 and it was a little cramped. Would like to see the grill replaced. It was too rusted out for us to feel comfortable using. Property manager was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Was a good value for the money spent, and everything was clean. Plenty of towels available. We would stay there again.

Not user-friendly

I did like the location and the king size bed was comfortable, but one of the couches had no support in it. It looks like it needs to be replaced. The TV cable went out. I tried to get a hold of the host. She said it was an Internet, massive outage, but her neighbor had Wi-Fi she never got back to me. The stove did not work so we could not make anything to eat there.

Cozy little condo with everything you need!

For such a small space, the owners have really maximized every inch! I was really impressed with how stocked this condo was. We have rented many times, but every need was anticipated. I loved the piles of clean extra towels in the bathroom. With a family of 6, we almost always need more than are provided, but not this time! The balcony view is so lovely here and we really enjoyed eating all of our meals out there. It's so lovely and peaceful. The location of the resort is very central to so many wonderful places "up north". We used it as a launching pad to visit Torch Lake, Bellaire and Short's Brewery, Grass River Natural Area, Castle Farms, and Charlevoix, and Mackinac Island. Such a beautiful area with so much to do. My only negatives about this condo are that the outdoor pool that is advertised to be across the street has been filled in. My girls were really looking forward to swimming there and the next closest outdoor pool in the resort is a good 10 minute drive away and crowded. There is an indoor pool across the street, but it's summer, and we wanted to be outdoors, so we just enjoyed the local beaches instead. My next negative is that the slots on the balcony railing are very dangerous if you have very young children. I know this is not the owner's fault, as it appears that all the condo buildings in the resort have the same danger. We have a tiny toddler, and if we hadn't noticed this right when we arrived, she probably would have fallen through and down two stories onto rocks below. As a result, we had to be extremely vigilant with making sure our other kids never left the screen door open and we could never set our baby down on the balcony. She could have fallen between the slots in an instant. This could easily end in tragedy for another family that didn't notice this in time. In summary, this is a great little condo up north around lots of fun things to do. I wouldn't recommend it for families with toddlers or crawling babies. We enjoyed our time here! Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Needs attention

The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. However, there is no light over the stove. We had to cook by flashlight. All the doors to the deck are in need of repair. The couch is broken. Dishes were left in the dishwasher.

Cortina condos are in the heart of the village. Walk out the door and either golf or ski. The cross country trailhead is just behind us.
Ivans slopeside restaurant is just across the street. Although closed in the summer, it is hopping all winter with live entertainment every weekend.
Many guests use Schuss as a hub and travel to Traverse City, Petoskey, Charlevoix without paying the big prices.
Bring a boat. Parking lot next to building to park it.
