The second bedroom boasts a California king bed, 43” wall-mounted TV, gas fireplace, and a private patio. An en-suite bathroom (also accessed via the hallway) features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a twin futon, and a 65” wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and can also be accessed via the hallway.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three vehicles are provided. The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee. The home's air-conditioning is comprised of separate ceiling units. Opening the sliding doors and letting in a breeze works with these units to keep the home cool. This rental also requires that guests be advised of the applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay. You will be contacted by a representative (who will meet you at your rental) within the first 24 hours of your stay to sign and acknowledge your agreement of these policies.
