PERFECT FAMILY ESCAPE and PRIVATE HOT TUB!

Bluebeary Pines is a spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable custom vacation cabin featuring a park like setting and a fantastic large, flat and fenced-in backyard for outdoor activities and unforgettable memories!

The cabin has vaulted pine ceilings, custom woodwork inside and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, flat-screen TVs with cable channels and a dining area. Enjoy cooking in the well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and so much more to feel like home.
Free Wi-Fi is provided, a four-person outdoor dining set and a propane BBQ with extra tank is found on the deck. Foosball Table for added fun and plenty of movies to keep you entertained!
This home is nestled among majestic pine trees and perfect for enjoying serenity and seclusion while conveniently located in the incredibly quiet, peaceful, and highly desirable Winter Park neighborhood and being close to shopping, restaurants and all the fun Big Bear Lake has to offer!
The Master Bedroom is very spacious and a perfect place to relax after a busy day on the Lake or slopes in the comfortable log king bed with convenient access to the Hot tub!
All bedrooms have wireless charging alarm clocks and very comfortable beds so you can cuddle up after a busy day. A perfect escape for anyone who is trying to enjoy a home away from home!

NO STREET or LAWN PARKING at any time as per ordinance.
ALL CARS must be parked in a paved or asphalt driveway, do not block snowplows or park anywhere on the street. CA state laws requires that you have snow chains in your vehicle during winter months. Review traffic and weather conditions and ensure no restrictions prior to departure on highway 18, 38 and 330.

Periodic power outages occur in Big Bear Lake especially if there is a storm. No refund will be provided for power outages, cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical or electrical failure, malfunction of spa, TV, or other equipment, or other factors beyond our control.

All linens and fresh towels provided. Housekeeping prepares this vacation home prior to your arrival to ensure the home is ready for your stay.
Upon departure make sure to start the dishwasher cycle, place towels in washer and close all windows and lights. Set thermostat to 50F.

CHECK IN 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT 11:00 am (extensions must be approved and cannot be guaranteed). No early check-ins or late check-outs are available especially during the busy winter holiday season.

You are a guest of Big Bear and staying in a residential area, please respect the beauty and tranquility of the neighborhood and those around you.

You are required to leave the property in the same general condition as found, and to clean all food and drink spills immediately. Any malfunction is to be immediately reported to us at time of arrival.

Unfortunately, some guests may disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, and this may result in immediate eviction of everyone, without refund and possible additional city-imposed fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated above is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. In addition, if we have to address these types of problems, a fee will be charged for inspection and may be as high as $250 per visit. Upon entering the property our family automatically got the coziest feeling. The house was warm and welcoming and most importantly, very clean. The location of the property couldn’t be beat, tucked into a quaint neighborhood. A plus were the comfy beds! We look forward to our stay here again in the near future.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay over President's Day weekend. The house is exactly as described and is in an excellent location for easy shuttle access to Snow Summit and/or Bear Mountain resorts. The owner has done a tremendous job of making the home comfortable for guests. We are looking forward to coming back!

This was one of the most well stocked places we have stayed. It was so convenient to know that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and extra toiletries for our stay. The hot tub was easy to operate and the cabin had more than enough space for our family of 6 to sleep and hang out. We loved playing in the backyard and walking around the neighborhood.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We stayed as a family of five (3 kids under age 8) and grandparents. We loved everything about this place. It was very nice and clean, well-stocked, comfortable and peaceful. We had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing getaway.

Serene Getaway

This house is in the perfect location - quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and activities. The house smelled great as soon as we walked in and everything was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets we needed and the beds were comfy. Tranquil backyard perfect for relaxing. My only recommendation would be to have more chairs in the backyard since the table on the deck only seats 4. We will be back again.
