When we first pulled into the driveway, everyone was in awe of the view because it is spectacular!! And it’s all visible from the kitchen, dining room and den. Actually, there are water views from all sides of this home! This home fit our group perfectly as it’s usually hard to find a home with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms! The kitchen is spectacular, an important feature since several in our group love to cook! One member of our group felt it was the best home we have stayed in while in Maine! Everything we needed was provided!! A huge thank you to the host for quickly responding to all the questions I had before we committed to this waterfront home! We hope to be lucky enough to get this again on our next visit to Maine!!

The house is spacious and welcoming. We were able to gather in the tv room comfortably in the multiple reclining chairs. The dining table was big enough for eating even with a puzzle at one end. The teens loved the pool table upstairs. We all loved the multiple kayaks. Despite the extra warm weather, once we notified the management, an additional air conditioning unit was installed the next day. I’d give that response an A.

We spent a relaxed winter weekend in this gorgeous house. The house is bright with many windows overlooking the bay. It was very well appointed and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we chose to do. The owners were very attentive to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend this house.

Absolutely beautiful location! Very spacious with great views from everywhere on the property. Mechanically the house needs upgrades, the shower heads and fixtures have so much damage from the salt water they won’t turn. Only two bedrooms have air conditioning so the living space and pool table room were upward of 95 degrees well into the evening. On top of the lack of air conditioning the electrical system kept having issues resulting in no ac and appliances like the dishwasher not working. A beautiful place overall but at the price point everything should function properly. Felt like we overpaid for the house while the scenery over delivered.

Laura, I do appreciate your feedback. Regretfully, we only heard of your concerns the day before your stay ended. As hosts, we always want an opportunity to make guests stays as comfortable as possible. In the event of the heat, we could have brought over portable air conditioners to help keep the common areas cooler. During your stay, you notified us that you would be promptly leaving because of the temperature. As for the electricity, our generator was being serviced in the morning as annual maintenance. The generator is required to ensure the home stays fully powered in the event of a storm or other coastal related power issues. Once our technicians were finished with the annual maintenance, all power was functional and working. We do hope in the future you consider staying with us again. Our home is supplied with portable air conditioners and in the event any guest wants help to manage the summer heat, we just ask that they request as such and we can always accomodate.

Awesome place, right on the bay which provides beautiful scenery! Everything was clean and there was more stuff provided than I had expected! Very fun trip, everyone agreed this place was awesome.

This house was perfect for our Maine vacation with friends! There was plenty of room for three families and something for everyone to enjoy. The views were absolutely spectacular and the outdoor space provided the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and everything was very clean. The kayaks were a great bonus! Thank you so much, would definitely stay again!

Million dollar views for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was and the available kayaks. We would definitely stay here again. If i was going to nit pick, the tap water is salty, but the owner provides bottled water for cooking and drinking.

This was a wonderful house in a beautiful location. Waking up each morning to the sound of the water and the gulls was great. The accessibility was very important for our group. It really made everything possible. We will try stay here again if we make it back to Maine! The host was very helpful with all of our questions.

Fun house for all with 360 water views

We loved our stay this past Memorial Day weekend. Love the views. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor fun. My elderly parents also really appreciated the ramp and first floor bedroom.

Spectacular house and sunsets!

We so enjoyed all this house had to offer. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with a fantastic kitchen. The views are amazing! We had beautiful, outside, fireside meals and s’mores as the sun fell from the sky giving us the most beautiful sunsets to snuggle.

Description is spot on. House is big and spacious and very nicely furnished. Kitchen is great - great family meals were made together. Lots of kids toys for inside and out. Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

Booked this house for a birthday long weekend celebration. House is beautiful with ample space. Amazing views with great decks and outdoor spaces. Star gazers and nature lovers will not be disappointed! The game room with pool table and old school arcade games made the stay extra fun. Would highly recommend.

Perfect fall stay

The home is everything we thought it would be and more! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while gazing out over the water at the picture windows! All of the beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious! We used this as a home base to visit Portland, Freeport, Kennebunkport, White Mountains, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Such a beautiful place to start and end our days! Wish we had more time to just spend a day at the house!

Great Family-Friendly Property!

We snuck in a long weekend getaway/birthday celebration and had a fantastic time! The home easily accommodated our group of 11, was nicely laid out, had a great yard and the waterfront location and views were beautiful. We just sat back and took it all in. We loved the location and will be keeping an eye out for homes for sale in the area!! Thank you!
