Beautiful SPA,Canal Home. Relax by the Spa or HEATED pool, or sit on our new canal side seating area and watch the abundant wildlife including ducks, fish, turtles, iguanas and an occasional otter. Home is centrally located minutes from shopping, dining and attractions. Ten minutes from the must see quaint town of Matlacha (known by locals as little Key West). 15 minutes to Cape Coral beach, and waterfront dining. 30 - 50 minutes to Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island.
The space
Our home was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2018 with new kitchen, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, hot water heater and tile throughout.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. The pool and hot tub were heated to perfection, did not have to ask host for anything. House was clean and well stocked in the basic necessities, we didn’t have to go crazy at the grocery store to make it through the week. The house while on a busier road was in a great location close to everything and the back yard on the canal was peaceful. Would definitely recommend this house and host and would look to book again in the future.

We enjoyed our recent stay in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and the pool provided peaceful floating time. Tv and internet a plus since we had some work meetings. Our host was always available for any questions we had.

Get away from the cold.

Enjoyed 9 days. Pool was refreshing. Nice set up. 2bathrooms each attached to a bedroom so was like 2 masters for 2 couples. Road is busy in front of the house so felt the need to turn vehicle around in driveway before pulling out. Traffic is busy in Cape Coral so even though it is 15 -30 miles to most attractions it takes to get there. Loved the Farmers Joe grocery store close by. Had a nice stay. Host responds promptly.

Short but sweet

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed or stay. The property was well maintained and despite being located on a busier street, the neighborhood was quiet. It was unseasonably cool for this time of year and the pool was heated perfectly! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property owners were very responsive when we had questions. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the front door (full glass) and the large window facing the back yard neighbors had no window coverings. This wasn’t a huge deal as we just hung a few beach towels for more privacy. All in all, it was a great stay and we’d definitely stay again.

A problematic stay.

We were disappointed that the pictures of the patio area, yard, and pool were old pictures from the sale of the house and not accurate. The pool is about the size of 2 large hot tubs but very clean and the poolside furniture is not as shown with table and chairs and comfortable loungers. Our choice of this rental was based on those pictures. We were not told that the use of the garage was not included until we were on our way down. Problems with ants and a leaky refrigerator were promptly resolved by the owner but when we lost power due to a car accident up the block, we were without Wi-Fi and TV for a week although the owner made numerous phone calls to the cable company and kept us in the loop as to the progress. The house is on a VERY busy and noisy street. Nice restaurant on the same block that we could walk to. We had great weather for our month’s stay but the accommodations were a disappointment for the price we paid in comparison to two other VRBO places we have stayed at in Cape Coral.

Great pool! Cool Iguanas come to visit! Comfortable beds and living space. Located on busy street. Wouldn't recommend if accompanied by children.

We purchased this home as an escape from the harsh Wisconsin winters and to enjoy with family and friends. We love the canal setting as well as the great back yard area with the covered pool/lanai and hot tub. Its also in a great location, close to many attractions, beaches and shopping in the growing Cape Coral area.
