This apartment was super convenient to the train station. It made my arrival and day trips from Venice very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well furnished. The neighborhood was busy with tourists, but it felt safe. The apartment was quiet. The instructions for using the apartment were well documented. The host communicated very well. If you have mobility issues, be aware you will need to climb some steps. I was pleased with this apartment for my first trip to Venice. Thanks!

Clean, convenient, and roomy.

This property was easy to find and close to the train station. Wish we could have stayed longer but would definitely come back. The unit is on the top floor so be prepared to climb the stairs.

Venice apartment close to the train station

Very nice, clean apartment with a large hot shower. Lots of steps - I’m 75 & my wife is 74 and steps are good exercise & fun. Very clear check in instructions.

Very modern apt in a great part of venice. Beware, there is no elevator to go up to apt/4th floor.

3 nights in Venice

Great location. Just a short walk from Piazzale Roma. Also walking distance to everything you want to see. Very quiet apartment being on the back side of the building. Comfortable bed.The views are of the surrounding buildings, and no screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes so we didn’t keep the windows open much. Not a big deal because most of the time was spent sightseeing. Also no microwave, but we ate all our meals out.Overall, clean, comfortable and a more authentic stay than a hotel.

The place place was infested with mold all over the bedroom ceiling and bathroom. And the AC has black mold in the unit. The host did not rectify the problem for us and was rude. Stay away.

Roomy for two adults. Storage space for clothing and personal items is minimal. Just about every kitchen and household need has been provided. Bring laundry soap for the washing machine. This is on the 5th floor with no elevator. The property was a bit difficult to find. Could use some identifying feature or nameplate on the door.

PERFECT LITTLE APARTMENT

Loved our stay! It is within steps of the train station, which was why I picked this place, as we travelled everywhere by train. It is right in the middle of everything, with everything right outside your door. The place is well insulated, so you never really heard the crowds of people walking around outside. The apartment is modern, clean, great A/C and plenty of space for a couple. The only negative is that there is no elevator, so hauling up your luggage 3 flights of stairs was a little bit of a struggle, but not a deal breaker for sure! Communication with Alberto and Gabriele was very easy and they were helpful with any questions I had! I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and if I return to Venice, I will absolutely stay here again!

Great value apartment in a super location near station

The apartment has almost all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay (just missing an iron and ironing board). Everything was clean and functional. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer/drier for clothes. The air conditioning is excellent in both the living room and bedroom, and the apartment is quite cool anyway. The bathroom has a big shower and is a good size. The bed was large and very comfortable. There is also a sofabed in the living room. The apartment is compact but spacious enough for couples to stay comfortably. The location is super convenient for the train station and bus station and close to supermarkets, and lots of bars and restaurants in Cannaregio. Though it is a lively area, the apartment is very quiet because it is at the top of the building and the windows face only enclosed spaces opposite other buildings. There are 71 steps up to the apartment, so bear this in mind when booking as it is quite a climb, but it was fine for us. The lack of an iron is a bit of a problem as clothes are always creased when travelling, and the washer/drier didn't get creases out, so please add this and it would have been perfect! Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Mitten im Trubel - aber ruhig

Das Apartment liegt wirklich mitten in einer Touri-Strasse, aber ganz oben im 4. Stock, und deshalb ruhig. Unter im Haus ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei mit gutem Kaffee. In der Starsse ausserdem ein wirklich gut sortierten Spar-Supermarkt. Bahnhof Santa Lucia&Vaporetto-Stationen sind schnell zu erreichen.

We are a "family" team that manages about ten apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have slowly grown up. We are always available for our customers but we do not live on the sites where the apartments are located. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and therefore we can reach the various structures, for any emergencies, normally in about an hour. We are always available for communications via wahtsup, text message, email or phone calls. The communication we prefer is via WhatsApp which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are busy with our main jobs.
