Plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy your favorite show or movie night on the 82" flat screen TV and stay connected (if you must) with dedicated high-speed internet, from which you are also able to log in and out of your personal streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Additionally, each of the 4 bedrooms have new Samsung smart TVs. Prepare family dinners in the well equipped kitchen or enjoy a delicious meal from one of the many local restaurants offering curbside pickup and delivery.

Please Note:
Guests of Prista Vacation Rentals can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
