The property is amazing and very clean. Everyone was so nice and it is close to all the stores and restaurants. The only downside was We did not have ocean front; only able to see part of the ocean from the side balcony. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was in a great location, just steps away from the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The condo was clean and it provided us with all of the essentials that we needed during our stay!

Great place for family

Wow, this condo is definitely on the 19th floor. It was a great place for our family to get together. Plenty of room for six adults and two children. It is clean and up-to-date.

Meeting getaway

Very nice rental

The condo was very clean and roomy for the 6 adults and the 17 month old. It was a great location with a nicely stocked kitchen. We already decided we will stay in this condo again!

Great location and stay!!

Awesome location, accommodation and private resort! Great location with easy access to the beach and private pool / hot tub. Property was very quiet and clean. Owner was very accommodating and helpful! Was a great meeting spot and reunion location for the Christmas holiday for our family from multiple states! Will be looking to book again in the future!

Very spacious, well kept ocean view condo. Given the rates extended by the owner, the unit is a great value and I would certainly stay here again. Owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Our July Family Vacation

The condo was great and our family plans on renting it again next year! Plenty of space and with four bedrooms if offers a place for peace, and to get out of the way of others when you have a big family. The condo was very clean and updated. We rented three condos for the week in the Margate and this was the best one!

5 star condo

The condo was clean and welcoming. The extra bathroom amenities were such a nice touch. Our family of 7 had enough space for everyone, and we appreciated the numerous seating areas available. Would definitely book here again next time we are in Myrtle Beach.

Awesome, comfortable, great place.

Exactly as advertised. Couldn't be any closer to the beach! Close to all the attractions you need and want. Great property, safe, well kept and a breeze to book and great communication. You won't be disappointed. Plenty of room. Fans in every room are great and the wrap around balcony is cool, too. Would love to book it again when we return. Thank you!

Great Week Stay!!

1909 was an awesome place to stay in Kingston Plantation. The westward view from the balcony had beautiful sunsets. The unit was very spacious and fit two families very comfortably. This is our second stay at the Margate Tower and both times have exceeded our expectations. The water park (not included with the stay) was a great place for the kids to play. The Black Drum Brewery wasn't built the first time we there, and the food and craft beers were fantastic. Kingston Plantation is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back and a stay at the Margate Tower will be at the top of our list.

Very familiar with this property having been numerous times .. nice to have chairs and umbrella for the beach. It may be time to invest in some new sheets and bedspreads /comforters.... they all seemed tired ... Aside from that the condo met our expectations!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

Condo was clean, well maintained and very well stocked with lots of towels, linens, etc. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (pots and pans are always an issue because people don’t take care of them - but they were all in decent condition). Only complaint, and this has nothing to do with verbose or the property owner, but kids aren’t allowed to play with any pool toys at the pools. So relaxing by the pool was worthless with the kids unable to play. (But apparently kid floaties are ok?).

Accessible and convenient

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and is much larger than we expected. It was nice that we didn't hear people next door or walking above us. We traveled with our one year old and his grandparents. We were able to spread out when we needed to and have family time when we wanted to. Debra was very easy to work with and provided very thorough instructions for all things relating to the condo, pool, beach, etc. The only downside was that the heated pool and handicap (stroller) ramp were under construction. Getting the beach cart and stroller to the pool and beach proved to be a bit of a challenge. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!!

I know it caused you difficulties and I apologize for that although there was nothing I could have done to prevent it. The ramp is completed and they did a beautiful job!
