Ihr Margate-Ferienhaus ist weitläufig und perfekt für die ganze Familie! Der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich folgt einem offenen Grundriss mit Blick auf das Meer und die Plantage mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist für jeden etwas dabei! Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher und kostenloses WLAN ist inklusive!
Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer ist ein Unikat mit einem eigenen, professionell dekorierten Motiv im tropischen Stil!
Zusätzliche Geräte-Upgrades umfassen eine Corian-Arbeitsplatte, kürzlich ersetzte Geräte und eine ausgestattete Küche mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck.
Ihre Wohnung hatte Holzböden in den Hauptbereichen, Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern und Marmorböden in den Bädern. Die innere Quadratmeterzahl beträgt über 2600 Quadratfuß!

Ihre Ferienoase befindet sich in Myrtle Beachs berühmtem, eingezäuntem Resort, der KIngston Plantation, einer 14 Hektar großen geplanten Gemeinde. Es verfügt über 23 Hektar große Seen und Wanderwege, die von wunderschön gepflegten Grünflächen umgeben sind. Die Gemeinde verfügt über eine halbe Meile breite, weiße Sandstrände, zwei Pools und einen Whirlpool, der ausschließlich Margate-Gästen zur Verfügung steht, sowie eine Promenade, die das Anwesen entlang der erhaltenen Dünen verbindet. Unsere Gäste haben im Sommer Zugang zu zwei Stühlen und einem von den Rettungsschwimmern aufgestellten und reservierten Sonnenschirm.
Der Margate Tower, Kingstons führendes Luxushochhaus am Meer, bietet einen Pool auf zwei Ebenen mit Wasserfall, einen beheizten oberen Pool, eine Parkgarage und einen 24-Stunden-Wachdienst in der großen Marmorlobby.

Our July Family Vacation

The condo was great and our family plans on renting it again next year! Plenty of space and with four bedrooms if offers a place for peace, and to get out of the way of others when you have a big family. The condo was very clean and updated. We rented three condos for the week in the Margate and this was the best one!

Very nice rental

Awesome location, accommodation and private resort! Great location with easy access to the beach and private pool / hot tub. Property was very quiet and clean. Great Week Stay!!

1909 was an awesome place to stay in Kingston Plantation. The westward view from the balcony had beautiful sunsets. The unit was very spacious and fit two families very comfortably. This is our second stay at the Margate Tower and both times have exceeded our expectations. The water park (not included with the stay) was a great place for the kids to play. The Black Drum Brewery wasn't built the first time we there, and the food and craft beers were fantastic. Kingston Plantation is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back and a stay at the Margate Tower will be at the top of our list.

Very familiar with this property having been numerous times .. nice to have chairs and umbrella for the beach. It may be time to invest in some new sheets and bedspreads /comforters.... they all seemed tired ... Aside from that the condo met our expectations!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

Condo was clean, well maintained and very well stocked with lots of towels, linens, etc. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (pots and pans are always an issue because people don’t take care of them - but they were all in decent condition). Only complaint, and this has nothing to do with verbose or the property owner, but kids aren’t allowed to play with any pool toys at the pools. So relaxing by the pool was worthless with the kids unable to play. (But apparently kid floaties are ok?).

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and is much larger than we expected. It was nice that we didn't hear people next door or walking above us. We traveled with our one year old and his grandparents. We were able to spread out when we needed to and have family time when we wanted to. Debra was very easy to work with and provided very thorough instructions for all things relating to the condo, pool, beach, etc. The only downside was that the heated pool and handicap (stroller) ramp were under construction. Getting the beach cart and stroller to the pool and beach proved to be a bit of a challenge. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!!

So glad you decided to stay with us. It was unfortunate that the condo building decided to fix the ramp during your stay. I know it caused you difficulties and I apologize for that although there was nothing I could have done to prevent it. The ramp is completed and they did a beautiful job! Please consider coming to stay with us again!

Not the usual Margate standards in my family’s opinion for multiple reasons!

Was not oceanfront and barely even an ocean view! The condo was nice and a good size but had not been cleaned recently! The ac did not cool at all in the master bedroom and other bedrooms were not as cool as living room area! The refrigerator did not cool very well and the freezer did not make enough ice or keep items frozen! Love the Margate but very disappointed this year with this particular condo!
