Grill while hanging out on the deck perched in the pine trees of the back yard. At night you can see the lights of the slopes of Big Boulder from the deck. The hot tub over looks the pine trees and the fire pit. You have access to the hot tub and fire pit from the game room. The front driveway is another party area with the basketball court and corn hole set up. A true party waiting to happen. Inside:
As you walk in the front door on the first level you come in to the bar living room with the wall mounted 65 in smart TV and full bathroom. Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms offset of the game room. The first & second rooms have queen beds with smart TV's. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with queen on the bottom. The game room has a pullout couch to go with the pool table & custom dart board plus another 65 in smart TV. Perfect for the football game. Upstairs on the main level the living room is vaulted for that chalet feel you'r looking for with a stone built in fireplace. Flowing from the newly renovated granite kitchen in one direction is the ping pong room. On the other side of the kitchen is the extended dining table. Glass slider door opens to the deck and the overlook of the back yard. Let's not forget the forth bedroom with queen bad and bathroom on the main level. The master suite is located on a private 3rd level with massive full bathroom.
