Upon booking, you will receive an email with a stay agreement. Please review and sign it for essential details. In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
