Literally the WORST customer I ever had in 4 years. Super happy to get rid of Tiffany and her imaginary roach. She said she “woke up hysterically crying” that she seen a roach on the bed. It was literally the first time we ever heard of a roach issue, in 4+ years of guess staying here. She more then likely brought it with her in her in her luggages where ever she came from if there was even one. We spoke with multiple reps at VRBO and each one separately told me that she seems to be a very problematic person, which was clearly the case to me. She left the place in a mess w/ stool marks on the seat and the lights/ tv running and It was also the first time any guest pulled out the fridge from the cabinet like an animal and left it like that, which was also funny to me for a women to do that. I kindly explain to her (VRBO reps told me to do this) if she can pay for the one night stay, being that she stood and used the place and left it a mess she said NO! (Which VRBO calculated the exact amount) I guess she thought in her head I was trying to rob her. VRBO reps then said to keep the one night stay plus a cleaning fee and that she should be lucky because most people do not refund money and if they do it’s only 50% but at the end of it all we really didn’t want her borrowed money or anything to do with her thank god money has never been an issue for me as we have the space to give people a Florida experience, so we begged them to please returned every single dime. Listen. If you’re a host and your reading this unless you’re absolutely desperate for some affirm money, DONT NOT LET HER INTO YOUR PLACE. She has a very weird/shady character and unless you want a award winning dramatic scene at your place in suggest you pass on her. Most people come for a nights stay, Tiffany came to play room inspector.

Hello, thanks for the review we also thought the same about the way you left the place, it was very dirty and uncomfortable the cleaners couldn’t not believe two adults stood in the space, with tampons wrapped in a bag under a counter and shopping laid out all over the floor. Honestly the best part about your stay here was that, you were very quiet and unseen. The outside “was” definitely under construction at the time of your visit which is now updated, with better plants and a water system. The bed since then is literally brand new and the space is even better now, any how thanks for the Criticism & your feed back. Peace and Blessings Take care.
