The Noir has a style all its own! You’ll instantly be greeted by the amazingly designed living room complete with comfy seating and a 55” HD smart TV!
The amazing kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to feel at home whether you wish to cook a gourmet meal or order in!
There are 3 bedrooms- 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another with 2 twins. ***Amazing memory foam mattresses on each bed!***
Location is perfectly situated close to Plaza district, Fairgrounds, Midtown, and Downtown.

Please note: We’ll send over a quick rental agreement after booking—just something simple to cover house rules and protect both sides. It helps make sure expectations are clear and everything goes smoothly. Let us know if you have any questions!

Comfortable, clean, and nicely located

Sweet, stylish home with plenty of comforts. Not a large property, but the mattresses were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and the home was clean and nicely appointed. Communication was clear and check in was uncomplicated. Would stay again if in the area.

My kids and I had a great stay here. It was the perfect fit for our needs. Bedding was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location to all the activities that we wanted to do. Easy to navigate to museums and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet.

Nice stay in OKC

We needed a pet friendly location in OKC. Tony was super responsive as a host, with good communication. The home was safe with secure parking and all the amenities we needed!

Bday in OKC

Great place to stay for a bday weekend with our nephew. The place is convenient to everything in OKC and we really liked the backyard for the dogs. The house is older and has been updated and furnished very nicely. The neighborhood, while older and a bit run down, is quiet and the neighbors we saw were friendly. It was a perfect spot for our short visit and we plan to stay there if we should visit again. Tony was easy to work with and a great host!

I stayed long term while traveling for work, 37 nights. Big back yard for my two dogs. Place was clean and had everything needed for my stay. The location was great. Right next to downtown OKC, next to VASA fitness who does monthly memberships and only 15-20 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood was safe and friendly, I had no issues at all walking my dogs around during the day and at night. Tony the host was a quick responder when I has any questions and was very accommodating for my stay. I 100% recommend Verde Rentals and Tony.

Perfect place to stay in town for 3 people and 2 dogs. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and the yard was great for the dogs. It is a nicely updated and furnished older home. There was no dishwasher, but the kitchen gets super hot water quickly, so doing dishes was not a hardship. We also enjoyed the use of a charcoal grill in the backyard. Though the neighborhood is a bit run down, it is quiet and the neighbors that we saw were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Not to down play the property but Tony was great at communicating with me and explained why we may have experienced what we did but with that the property was not clean, on the first night I had to wash all of the bedding because it was definitely not wash before. Not to mention the house was just not clean. Tony did offer to send a cleaner but I had already started to wash bedding and wipe down surfaces. The property had broken blinds in all but 1 room, the screen doors are broken, the lights in one of the rooms are not working, the pillows on the couch had stains the chairs in the living room have stains as well and the backyard furniture was not in the best condition. The photos posted are obviously from when the property was first listed.

For those reading this review, as I explained to Teria, my cleaner quit that day and I didn’t know about this until after Teria had already arrived. I did everything possible to rectify the situation, as she mentioned. I offered to send my other cleaners immediately- which I was told not to. I also gave her a refund and offered her a discount on a future stay. It’s obviously not a normal situation when your cleaner tells you she cleaned a home and didn’t. These other things she mentioned have now been fixed and we have nothing but 5star reviews from the new cleaners.

Close to everything & private @ the same time

Very nice property, the backyard was perfect to sit outside & enjoy the down time. If you have a pet the yard is completely fenced in. Close to everything we needed(driving) & the host is very nice. Always got right back to me. Would def stay here again
