If you are looking for relaxation, spend your days with your toes in the sand gazing at the crystal clear emerald water. If you want adventure, Pier Park, the 1.1 million sqft open-air dining, shopping and entertainment mecca, is a short .5 miles walk. For more excitement, take a sunset helicopter tour, ride the Sea Screamer for an up-close dolphin experience or ferry out to Shell island.

Start your day relaxing on your private oceanview balcony sipping a cup of coffee. Then head to the beach to relax as you stick your toes in the white sand and listen to the ocean waves. Don't worry about lugging all your beach gear from home. This luxury studio provides a storage closet stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Don't forget to take a break from the beach and go for a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. During the season, eat lunch and get a drink for the poolside bar. After a great day by the ocean, visit any of the amazing restaurants within walking distance. Finally, end the night sitting by the resort's gas-powered fire pit overlooking the ocean or take a dip in the pool or hot tub. What a way to spend the day!

If you want a change of scenery, walk or drive a short .5 miles to the premier shopping, dining and entertainment open-air complex, Pier Park. Whether you want a Starbucks coffee, a quick bite to eat or an exquisite dining experience, this 1.1 million square foot mecca has it all. After a delicious meal, shop until you drop in the 124 beachshops, trendsetter boutiques and department stores, take a ride on the SkyWheel or play a round of mini-golf. There's never a dull moment with Pier Park being so close.

At only 1.3 miles / 4 minutes away, we are also one of the closest oceanfront resorts to Frank Brown Park. Frank Brown Park frequently hosts many tournaments and features over 100 acres of baseball and softball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, tennis wall, a T-Ball field, a Miracle League field, several playgrounds, shuffleboard courts, concession stands, picnic areas, pavilions, a freshwater youth fishing pond, green spaces, a 20-acre festival site, and Gayle's Trails. It also is home to Panama City Beach Aquatic Center.

PCB offers so many other fun experiences. Watch the sunset over the coast in a private helicopter tour. Ride the Sea Screamer where you can watch dolphins up close as they jump in and out of the boat's wake. Take the ferry to shell island where you can collect a bounty of pristine sea shells. Finally, no PCB trip would be complete without following the long tradition of getting your picture under your beach access sign number.

When you aren't sunbathing or exploring PCB, enjoy your well appointed beach studio, Breezy Living, located on the 21st floor of the in-demand Sterling Breeze Resort! This condo, which comfortably sleeps 2 people, was recently renovated to feature tastefully decorated beachy decor and furniture.

This studio features a well-stocked kitchenette that includes Keurig and regular coffee makers, microwave oven, blender and all-in-1 Cuisinart air fryer and convection toaster oven, a comfortable King size bed, a 50" TV, private bathroom, an oceanview balcony with counter-height outdoor table and 2 chairs and free WiFi. Please note that the condo does not include an in-unit washer/dryer.

The resort is equipped with security cameras throughout the common areas. Additionally, the condo has a camera at the front exterior door.
