The living area is divided into two distinct spaces:

A first lounge with a fireplace insert and library, ideal for calm and relaxation.

A second lounge with dining area, featuring a very large screen and a PlayStation 5, perfect for movie nights and gaming enthusiasts.

First floor

A wide staircase leads to the sleeping area, designed for comfort and rest.
You will find four bedrooms, each equipped with a 160×200 cm bed with mattress topper, wardrobes and storage space, as well as automatic roller shutters to ensure peaceful nights and gentle wake-ups.

Each bedroom includes a wardrobe with hanging space and dedicated storage for your belongings.

Two bathrooms complete this floor:

The main bathroom features a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a large-capacity washing machine.

The second bathroom is equipped with a single vanity and a shower.
