The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (queen size – dimensions 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is included in the bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

The quiet, tree-lined streets are perfect for walking, with several parks within easy reach, such as Parc Decesari and Parc du Bois-Perrier. The neighbourhood is also renowned for its large golf course, a popular place to relax or simply enjoy the scenery. With excellent transport links, you can reach Paris quickly by RER or bus, while enjoying the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere typical of the inner suburbs of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest RER and bus station is Rosny-Sous-Bois (RER line E and buses 1, 2, 143 and N142), which is a 9-minute walk from the flat.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
