Welcome to this large and sophisticated 110m² apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Cannes. Designed with a modern and fresh aesthetic, this four-bedroom retreat offers a warm, comfortable, and stylish living space for your stay on the magnificent Côte d`Azur.

You will have full, private access to the entire apartment, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and the private balcony. Entry is managed via a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided after the required check-in form is completed, ensuring a seamless and secure arrival.

We offer a self-check-in process to give you flexibility on arrival. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance, local recommendations, or have any questions.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, and coffee.

✹ PARKING: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are multiple parking options if you would like to bring a car.

1) Street parking is available on the Croisette – 1st 1/2 hour free, then 3 EUR for 2 hours or 17 EUR for 24 hours.
2) An underground public car park LAMY is located at a 5-minute walk from the building. Please check their website directly for rates. This option is typically more expensive than street parking.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the living room.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival)

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

NOTES
✹ ONLINE CHECK-IN: We use an online hotel-style system, called “CheKin”. After confirming your reservation, you will receive a system email to prompt you to upload the required IDs and provide a valid credit card. A pre-authorization of €1000 will be placed on your credit card. This amount is not charged to your account and will be automatically released 7 days after departure.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - the code will be sent to you after the above check-in process is finalized.

✹ Please be aware that if the check-in is not finalized and the deposit is not secured, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

✹ Early check in / late check out are subject to availability and to an additional fee - please inquire at the time of the booking. Unauthorized late check outs will be charged the equivalent of one extra night stay.

✹ ID is required for all members of the group after reservation. In accordance with local regulations, we are required by law to collect guest information for police registration purposes. This is a standard procedure for all accommodations in France and will be handled securely and respectfully.

✹ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is 8, regardless of age, including infants. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of everyone during their stay, as well as compliance with local regulations. Additional guests (other than the ones mentioned in the reservation) are not allowed. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 100 eur fee/ night.

✹ NO-SMOKING POLICY: This is a smoke-free home.

✹ NO PARTIES: The apartment is situated in a small residential building, and in order to respect our neighbors, we ask that you don`t make loud noises after 10pm and there are NO PARTIES allowed (at any time of the day).

✹ Guests are not allowed to take the bathroom towels outside of the apartment, nor use them for the beach/ grass. If the towels are found dirty of sand or grass, an additional cleaning fee of 50 eur will be charged. If the dirt can`t be removed, the full replacement cost of the towels will be charged on top of the extra cleaning fee: 30 eur for a big towel and 15 eur for a small towel.

✹ FORGOTTEN OBJECTS : Any objects that are forgotten in the apartment by the guests will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or if we should dispose of them.

✹ Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, to be compensated in case of flight delays/ cancellations. We can`t accommodate refunds or changes in reservations.

🏠 Check-In Details
To ensure a seamless check-in:

-Please upload a valid ID at the time of reservation. You’ll receive an email from our system called `Chekin,` where you can submit your IDs and provide the security deposit of €1,000.
-The entry codes will be released once the check-in is completed, including the deposit payment.
-If check-in steps are not completed 24 hours before arrival time, we may need to cancel your booking, without a refund

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

The apartment is quite large, and if we have a same-day check-out, the cleaning process usually takes several hours to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
If the apartment isn’t ready yet when you arrive, we’ll do our best to accommodate your luggage, so you can start enjoying your day. Our cleaning team will let you know as soon as the apartment is ready for check-in.
Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Late check-out can be available if there is no other same-day arrival. Please inform us of your desired check-out time. We can inform you about the possibility of late check-out, one day before your departure.

🏡 Check-Out Guidelines
As you prepare to leave, please:

-Turn off the air conditioning / heating in all rooms.
-Close the windows and lock the main door.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

1) Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2) Parties: Sorry, no parties or events are allowed.
3) Smoking: Only permitted on the balcony.
4) Guests: The apartment is for the registered guests listed on your reservation. If unregistered guests are found staying, there is a €65/night charge per person.
5) Photography: Commercial photography or filming is not allowed.
6) Damage: If anything breaks or needs attention, please let us know right away so we can resolve it promptly. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
7) Pets: We love furry friends but unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
8) If the complete Check-In is not received 24 hours before the check-in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, without any refund. By complete check in we understand that the identity cards/ passports of all travellers have been submitted, and the credit card has been provided on file.
9) The stays longer than 7 days will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

!!! Please note: A €200 penalty may apply for breaking any of the above rules.


🛏 Towels & Linens

-One set of towels and sheets is included.
-Extra towels (€10/person) or linen changes (€30/room) are available on request.
- Please don’t use the bathroom towels at the beach or on the grass. If towels are returned dirty with sand or grass, a replacement cost will be charged: €30 (large towel) and €15 (small towel).

🛫 Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind in case of flight changes or cancellations, as we are unable to provide refunds for these situations.

⏰ Late Check-Out

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge equivalent to one additional night’s stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to extend your time with us, we offer early check-in / late check-out options for a small additional fee!

📦 Forgotten Items

Any forgotten objects will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or if we should dispose of them.
