PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) of a well-kept residence within the Domaine des Hespérides, in Palm Beach.
The entrance opens onto a living area with a sofa-bed (140x190 cm), dining space, smart TV, and a large bay window leading to the terrace.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay.
The bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and direct access to the terrace, as well as its own ensuite shower room.
Separate WC adds additional comfort.
