Great atmosphere with amazing staff. We absolutely love the condos at Sonoran Sea Resort as they are true beachfront condos. We can hear the waves from the balcony and the tranquility that comes along with it.

You cannot beat the location. Walk to some of our favorite restaurants and bars.

Taxis or your own car. ATV and Rhino rentals are close by as well. ˙ᵕ˙

IMPORTANT: To book a stay at the resort, the person making the reservation must be 25 years old or above. If you're not 25, please have someone from your group who is 25 or older to book instead. - It is important to note that everyone staying at the property MUST be registered guests and not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

** Resort allows a maximum of 4 guests for this 1 bedroom unit. No extra people can stay at any additional fee. According to the resort, you must get a bigger condo if you would like to have more people.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
