Hopping aboard a charter is easy, and so is renting a boat for the day, launching your own boat in the water from one of the free local boat ramps, or catching a snorkeling or SCUBA Diving tour. Minutes from the 7Mile Bridge. Be sure to be on the lookout for playful dolphins and the beautiful Florida sunsets! Take some time at the Turtle Hospital, the interactive Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, or Bahia Honda State Park!

We are located across the highway from the Marathon Airport. We are 2 hours from Miami airport, about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 1 hour from Key West Airport.

You will have private access to the entire home, pool, and amenities throughout your stay. The code to the house will be provided prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process.

When you're in the Keys, it's a time to slow down, relax, no need to be in a hurry, put the windows down turn up the Jimmy Buffet music and take in the salty ocean air. Please inquire if you would like the pool heated for a small fee. We can also stock the refrigerator prior to your stay for a small fee so you can come right in and start enjoying your vacation!

The space
Beautiful three bedroom home equipped with all the comforts and necessities for an incredible vacation. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer for your use. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large open concept living room with new Italian Quartz flooring. New Smart TVs in each of the rooms with all of the streaming services you could enjoy as well as high speed internet for your use. Tiki Time includes 2 kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels - all the necessities you could use for a day at the beach or kayaking in the ocean just two houses away!

Relax for the day in your own private salt water pool and fully fenced in private patio with new Tiki Hut soaking in the beautiful Florida Keys rays with a drink in your hand, or enjoy after a long day on the water getting ready to grill up your fresh catch on our provided gas grill!

• Take the kayaks down to the ocean and relax at the picnic area while the family canoes and explores the beautiful ocean at the Keys!

• Large side and front yards, large enough to park your 30' boat and/or trailer plus your car(s) as well as a large covered car port to be used for your relaxing pleasure.

City of Marathon Licensed Vacation Rental License #VACA 22-39 - VRA-24-63 - We ask that each guest sign a rental agreement with us, and provide a copy of their government-issued ID prior to their stay.

Driving around town is easy. Uber and Lyft also operate in Marathon. There is a bus that drives between Marathon and Key West as well!
