Perched on the hills overlooking the Garonne River, our beautifully restored former tobacco drying barn blends the charm of local tradition with the comfort and style of a contemporary loft. Spacious, bright, and peaceful, it’s the perfect sanctuary for relaxing stays with family or friends.

Located in the heart of the Graves wine region, close to Sauternes and other renowned appellations, just steps from a golf course, medieval villages, the Garonne canal, and prestigious châteaux, this is the ideal base for exploring the area.

Upstairs – Sleeping Area

Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm) + single bed, with a dressing/wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: Italian-style walk-in shower + double sink.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (160 cm) + single bed, wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, and access to a private 20 m² terrace with hill views.

Bathroom 2: Large bathroom with walk-in shower, modern bathtub, and double sink.

Separate toilet.

Alcove for luggage storage.

The house is fully air-conditioned and heated via heat pumps.

Linens & Cleaning

Bed linens and bath towels are included in the cleaning fee.
