Next to the owner's house, adjoining the stable of the owner's educational farm. Former family house on 3 levels. Access by a small stone staircase. On the 1st floor: kitchen (access to the large terrace from the long balcony), small living room, 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony (Les Gueux: 1 double bed 140x190 cm / La Combe: 2 single beds that can be joined in 80x190 cm), bathroom (bathtub), PMR shower room (shower + wc), separate wc, cloakroom. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (La Verdette: 2 single beds 90x190 cm / Le Reguet: 1 single bed 90x190 cm / Mont Rond: 1 double bed 140x190 cm with sink area), separate wc. Private parking in the courtyard (2 spaces). Rental of bathroom linen and bed linen possible from the owner. This traditional former guesthouse is ideally located in the heart of the charming family village resort of Notre-Dame de Bellecombe where you will find all the services and shops, as well as 100 meters from the Reguet ski lift (vast Espace Diamant ski area and its 190 km of slopes). Sylvie, a zootherapist specializing in animal mediation, welcomes you to this place steeped in history where it is a pleasure to meet. The chalet offers a warm mountain feel, with cozy rooms, very comfortable. You will appreciate: its vast furnished terrace, its large balcony, the comfort of doing everything on foot in the resort. Charming Savoyard country house, ideally located at the foot of the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area (190 km of slopes), in the heart of the typical village of Notre-Dame de Bellecombe. In winter, snow sports enthusiasts will enjoy direct access to downhill skiing, while Nordic skiing enthusiasts can visit the Olympic site of Les Saisies, renowned for its exceptional cross-country skiing area, also accessible from Crest-Voland 3 km away. Just a few kilometers away, the ski areas of La Giettaz / Évasion Mont-Blanc, Megève, Combloux, La Clusaz and Chamonix offer a multitude of varied itineraries, suitable for all levels. In summer, the cottage becomes an ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking, cycling tours to the emblematic Alpine passes, as well as numerous outdoor activities such as swimming in the Flumet lake (4 km), fishing, paragliding or even farmers' markets. Nestled between the Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis and Mont-Blanc mountain ranges, this place combines nature, comfort and authenticity, with a furnished terrace, balconies offering a beautiful view of the mountains, and all amenities within walking distance.
