A total renovation under private ownership created this unique Montecristo Estates’ vacation rental in Quivira, an exclusive gated community. From the front row of Montecristo Phase II, you'll have a private, unobstructed panoramic view of three miles of the coast where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez -- from sunrise to sunset and beyond. It's a beautiful beach to walk on ... just not swimmable. You can take a free shuttle to two sister Pueblo Bonito resorts on the harbor in Cabo to swim in the ocean.

4 spacious bedrooms (2 with a king bed, 1 with 2 queens, plus 1 with 2 twins that can also serve as a lounge and office workspace) sleep 8 comfortably, each with flat-screen TV, private bath and ample closet space.

Another flat-screen TV in the Main Floor living/dining area, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (186 MB/s download speed) supports all digital entertainment needs. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with all-new cabinetry and appliances, and the laundry room with washer and dryer, provide all the comforts of home.

Outside, the Main Floor terrace includes covered dining and a gas grill, as well as a private, shaded nook just off the Master Bedroom where you can just chill (maybe with a book and beverage), while the Pool Level terrace leads to the new built-in jacuzzi spa and heated private pool. Maid service is every 3rd day.

The enclosed photos show how new tile, trim and paint, cabinetry, furniture and furnishings have transformed the villa to a contemporary and organic “modern Mexican” aesthetic.

You'll have full access on premises to: Quivira Golf Club (with discount); fitness facilities at Montecristo Clubhouse and two Pueblo Bonito resorts; all Pueblo Bonito resort restaurants and pools; and superb Montecristo and Armonia spas (treatments additional). And there's much more!

Wonderful Time in Picturesque Cabo!

Our family stayed at this villa for a week and had a great time! Very nice location with access to resort amenities but also the privacy of our own house and pool. The views from the villa are incredible and the weather was spectacular!

Awesome house and neighborhood

Great location, awesome pool. We had 4 couples and it was a blast. Property manager and his assistant were super helpful in getting us everything from a golf cart delivered to the house, to extra bottles of tequila.

Best place to stay in Cabo!

Pueblo Bonito Monticristo IMO is the best place to stay in Cabo. This was the third year in a row we stayed at this resort, but the first time in this particular property. The property was very clean and the house was well equipped with kitchen tools and such. Communication between, the owner, PM and concierge were absoltely extraordinary. We will be coming back!

A slice of heaven in Cabo

This property was easily the best placed I’ve ever stayed in the world. I think me and my fiancé felt inspiration on what our dream home would look like. Also want to give a shoutout to an amazing host Mauricio who gave us a great tour to start and was very communicative throughout. Felt we could go to him for any problems but fortunately there really weren’t any complaints. Very clean, just as advertised, and even better experienced in person. I think everyone in our party felt it was a very beautiful property.

Amazing property

My friends and i wanted a little getaway to Cabo and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! Recently renovated , the house was stunning. The private pool was everything, but we also had access to multiple larger pools on the property. Arson, Nancy & Jade were so amazing and attentive from start to finish. Every request was met with kindness. My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation at this house !

Amazing villa!

This villa exceeded our expectations. It was the best family vacation we've ever had! The villa has everything you would need. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen had everything you would need, the grill was perfect, the hot hub was hot/clean, the pool was warm/clean, and it was safe and secure. As for Arsen, he couldn't have been better. Every need you may have is taken care of quickly. We will be back for sure!!!

Family Cabo Trip

I took my family to Cabo for a fun and relaxing trip. This villa helped achieve that. The home is spectacular. It is the most beautiful in the neighborhood. The owners put a lot of thought into every detail of the home. The views are the best! Arsen and his team are very attentive and incredibly accommodating. Take them up on their recommendations for food and activities. They won't steer your wrong. I can't wait to take my friends and family back to stay here.

Destination Wedding -Paradise

This is by far the nicest property I've ever stayed in. We had eight family members and room for two more. Everything about the property was 1st class. The setup, the view, the pool, the location, interior design, furnishings, etc. The access to the two Hotels/resorts there made it even better. We were there for a wedding at the Sunset Beach and most of the guests stayed at Pueblo Pacifica. We had access to both, pools, restaurants, cafes, even the nightclub after the wedding. The concierge, Jorge, took care of all questions and had many great recommendations for dining in town when we did leave the property. I don't have one even mediocre thing to say about the stay. One of the best vacations ever. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic golf week

Arsen the property manager was very communicative and checked in with us several times before we arrived to be sure of our plans. We played golf 3 times @ Quivira and ate out twice (the steakhouse at the golf club and Cibola) went to down town Cabo twice for lunch and Chef Deborah came in and cooked for us one night! Transport was smooth from the airport. Nancy and Jade …Arsen’s assistant’s were amazing. They confirmed all our reservations to be sure we were on schedule and any problem we might have had with the villa they were a phone call away. We rented a golf cart for the week from Arsen and it was so nice to pick up and go instead of walking down to the Market or waiting for a van to get us to golf. The views are incredible! The pool and spa were wonderful after golfing all day!I it’s been a fantastic trip and we can’t wait to come back!

Birthday at Cabo

House was fabulous. Kids loved the pool and the golf cart. Check in had some complications regarding airport pick up, food delivery and the AC breaking when we arrived. Arsen and Christian were great about sticking with us through the AC issue and getting it resolved. The chef we hired for the day was phenomenal. Facilities and services at resort are good although figuring out how to get places and what you need to do to set up an account etc for eating isn't intuitive to figure out. Golf course is amazing. We went snorkling in town which was a lot of fun and glad we didn't opt for the longer boat tour. This is not a walk on the beach type property so if you are looking for that need to be on the gulf side. Bring a ton of cash because other services outside of house require that as payment.

Amazing villa!

We just returned from the perfect Cabo girls' trip, where we spent five nights in this gorgeous villa. Our co-host Arsen put us in touch with individuals who provided all the services, dining experiences, and excursions we wanted. Arsen and all service providers quickly answered our questions and responded to requests. The location is gated and safe, while access to the surrounding resorts gave us lots of options for dining and shopping. The villa has a breath-taking view, private pool, and hot tub. I recommend reserving a golf cart for your stay and booking a meal with Chef Deborah. We will be back!

We have been coming to Cabo and Pueblo Bonito annually for almost 15 years, starting with a timeshare here in Montecristo. We live in Connecticut, are both retired, and travel extensively worldwide (when COVID doesn't get in the way). We are thrilled to have been able to acquire full ownership of this Montecristo Villa, and to share it with you and other vacationers when we and our friends or family are not here ourselves. This is our only vacation rental property, and we strive to maintain and support it with quality as our vacation home, as well as yours.

The panoramic view of the ocean and miles of coastline from high on the hillside at any Montecristo Villa is unequalled in Los Cabos in our experience. It is just breathtaking! Our Villa 155 is among the best, because it is in the front row of Montecristo Phase 2, with no other villas in front of or below it ... the unimpeded vista stretches all the way to the coast and beyond the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort ... itself a retreat of great beauty with a stunning interior cactus garden that is a must-see. Villa 155 is also the next-to last villa on a cul-de-sac in a full-ownership section of 18 villas (The Private Residences at Montecristo), in a quiet location with full privacy from the units to its left and right.

Beyond the stunning location, the amenities available for us as owners at Pueblo Bonito's Quivira Los Cabos development, and thus to you as our guests, are world-class. You can see Quivira Golf Club on the premises from your terrace ... it's only five minutes or so by shuttle, your rental car or, should you desire, your own rental golf cart. This Jack Nicklaus Signature design won Golf Digest's recognition as "Best New International Course" in 2015, and consistently ranks among the top courses in Mexico and Latin America. Many of the holes are visually stunning and dramatic ... it's a challenging layout, and not to be missed by any dedicated golfer. Racquet sports are also fully available, as are world-class spa and fitness facilities at Montecristo itself as well as the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica resorts onsite. You also have full access and charging privileges there and at Pueblo Bonito's Rose and Los Cabos resorts only 15 minutes away by free shuttle, taxi or rental car on Medano Beach in downtown Cabo. There, you can swim in the Sea of Cortez and gaze directly at "El Arco," the iconic arch that signifies Land's End of the Baja Peninsula, from the comfort of your beach lounger under an umbrella with a cool drink, or even lunch!

Your onsite host Arsen and our Residential Services Manager Christian are dedicated to your comfort and enjoyment. Pueblo Bonito is consistently recognized among the finest places to work in Mexico, and you will see that reflected in their warmth and commitment. Whenever we land at Los Cabos International and pickup our rental car, we feel like we are driving home ... and when we enter the Quivira gate and make the sweeping left turn that reveals the vista of the ocean stretching out below Montecristo, we feel we are home. We hope you will feel that way, too.
