Located in the heart of Cannes’ historic center, this apartment allows you to fully experience and immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of this picturesque district. The location is peaceful while still being the perfect starting point for exploring the city. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, as are the main nearby attractions: the famous Palais des Festivals for its many events and conferences, the Croisette with its beaches and luxury boutiques, the Carré d’Or with its numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the typical Marché Forville, where you can taste and buy local products.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
