Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $50/day or $300/week + tax. Aquamare comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. We also supply each bathroom with a set of shampoo and conditioner. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows:

-Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.

-Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (VRBO will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

*Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.
