Your perfect mountain retreat! This spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo sleeps seven and is located just steps away from the ski area—your gateway to adventure!
On the lower level, the main bedroom is a cozy escape, featuring a queen bed, a twin bed, a private balcony for some fresh mountain air, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is just as inviting, with a queen bed, a full futon, and its own en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Plus, there is a stacked washer/dryer on this level for your convenience.
Upstairs, the kitchen has everything you need to fuel your crew with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. The dining area seats five for cozy meals together, while the living area is perfect for winding down with a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Step outside onto either the front or back exterior balconies to take in those stunning mountain views. There is also a half-bath on this level for added convenience.

LOCATION: Ski Run #B7 is about .6 Miles from the Ski Lodge (about a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk)
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
