Cross Planning #93 is your cozy mountain cabin. Enjoy your Angel Fire vacation in the pine trees with abundant wildlife in all seasons. This three-bedroom, two-bath house sleeps twelve and is located the woods between Angel Fire Country Club and Monte Verde Lake. It is ten minutes from the ski area.
The living area on the first floor has a cathedral ceiling and a window wall facing east, bringing in sunshine and mountain views. The living area has a three-seat sofa, two recliners, and a rocking chair, bringing everyone around the wood-burning stove and the flat-screen TV with DirecTV service. Step through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the wraparound deck. The dining table seats four and the counter seats four. Beyond the living area, the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a gas range. The deck can also be accessed through the kitchen.
Also on the first floor are two guest bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV; the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The loft space has a queen bed and a seating area with a flat-screen TV with DirecTV service.
Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. This house also has a full-size washer and dryer. Heating is provided by baseboard and gas wall heaters. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
This property requires four-wheel drive or chains in the winter.

LOCATION: Cross Planning #93 is 4.3 miles from the ski area (a 10-minute drive) and 1.2 miles (10 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The driveway will accommodate up to three vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at our office. Please return keys/fobs to our office by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
