Please note that lake levels fluctuate throughout the year due to a variety of factors, including weather conditions, precipitation levels, and water management requirements by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). These fluctuations are especially common between September and early May and can affect access to stationary and floating docks, as well as recreational activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Unfortunately, lake levels and conditions are outside of our control. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad to have your feedback.
