Located directly across from the beach in Seaside, this recently updated cottage conveniently opens onto both 30A and Tupelo Street. Once the residence of The Modica's, (of Modica Market), “Sip 'n Dip” is a timeless Seaside updated cottage with a prime Seaside location just 72 steps to the beach access and a 4-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater. This cottage is perfect for young families looking for a beach vacation and is located within walking distance to all things Seaside, with over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door.
Guests will enter through the side exterior, onto a large screened-in furnished front porch surrounded by lush landscaping providing plenty of privacy. The front porch has a picnic table and an adjacent outdoor lounge area perfect for dining Al Fresco or an evening glass of wine. From the front steps, you will find and an additional open-air porch with two Adirondack chaise lounge chairs a perfect spot to start your day and enjoy your morning coffee! Step inside, and you will be greeted with a naturally lit and open living area. To the right is a separate dining room, surrounded by windows that comfortably seats four. Adjacent to the dining room is the just renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, custom built-in cabinets, and quartz countertops. The breakfast bar comfortably seats two more. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably host six in all.
This home also provides a second-story loft that overlooks the living space, with a sofa and a desk perfect for working remote. Off the loft is an open-air balcony with bar seating for two that overlooks 30A and is the prime location to catch the July 4th or Thanksgiving parades from the best seat in the house! You can catch the July Fourth or the New Year's Eve fireworks from the privacy of your own outdoor balcony!
