SAFETY & SECURITY
To uphold the serenity and security of our resort community, we kindly request guest names for verification purposes. For entry, our dedicated security may request identification, ensuring a peaceful stay for all. Please adhere to pool safety regulations, avoiding tampering with pool alarms, as per Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act. Your cooperation ensures a harmonious and secure vacation experience for everyone.
• No parties or events. Guests disregarding the `No Party` policy will be evicted by local law enforcement.
• No smoking in or on the property. A $500 ozone remediation fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
• No pets allowed. Evidence of a pet brought on the property will require a $250 additional cleaning fee.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
• Offensive music is not tolerated at any time.
• No parking allowed on streets. Overflow parking lots available for additional vehicles.
• Trash must be bagged & fit inside bins.
• No loose trash in trash bins.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• RVs, trailers & campers are not allowed.
• Zero tolerance for illegal drug use & underage drinking. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted without refund.
• 25 MPH throughout the resort.
