Bikini Bottom - ocean front vacation rental

This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

**We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental
**Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental :
Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

Fantastic

It was an amazing stay at Bikini Bottom. Breathtaking ocean views from the living area. We even saw a whale! Well appointed kitchen. Comfy bedrooms. The kids loved the bunkbed room and having their own space downstairs. Though no neighborhood sidewalks, the streets are very walkable to the beach. Great communication from Host Linda. Bachelorette weekend stay

So much fun! The property had enough rooms and bathrooms for 11 of us! The hot tub was relaxing, the house was clean, right on the ocean with views of deer. Super easy check in and out process! Would stay again 10/10!

Killer Ocean Views

Breath-taking views and a beautifully appointed home. With lots of amenities and a fully-equipped kitchen, our group of five girls’ getaway was made even more relaxing. Our only regret was leaving a box of pastries on the kitchen counter overnight and waking to it being covered in ants. Not a big deal. Lesson learned, and other sweet items were put in the fridge. We plan to return soon and will also refer this location to our friends looking for a fantastic spot to relax.

The photos accurately reflect the space and views. The main living room and dining area and kitchen were ideal for cooking, playing games, doing puzzles and hanging out. We were there on an incredibly rainy weekend in January.

We celebrated my #80 birthday. …seven adults. Wonderful spacious house with incredible views and access to the beach close by. Looked like the kitchen was well stocked but we mostly ate out except for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Annual Family Christmas Get Together

This property is beyond gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. The decor is beautiful and was stocked with everything we could conceive of needing. The beach access is just down the road. I’m very particular about cleanliness and this home gets top ratings there too. Communication with Linda was top notch. We were experiencing a storm that weekend and she dropped by to provide us with lanterns and flashlights just in case the power went out. In short, my family (immediate family, parents, and sister’s family) had an excellent time and we will be sure to come back. Our stay at this property made the start to our holiday season beyond memorable.
