Greg, We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. We go out of our way to make sure our customer experience is outstanding. The only concern that you communicated to us was about the lack of a grill. When you had your early check-in, we had just found out that the previous customer damaged the grill beyond repair and that is why we purchased a brand new Weber grill to be delivered to you the morning after you arrived (less than 12 hours). The propane and cleaning of the grill is the responsibility of the renter, as is stated in the rental agreement that you agreed upon. Per your only other communication with us, "The house looks great for our needs." When you rented the property, you had access to all pictures and amenities and you could see every room in the house. Since your stay, we have not had any customers that have had issues keeping the house cool. The customer has full control to adjust the AC to the temperature of their liking. If this was an issue, we would've loved for you to have told us or the property manager during your stay. We are sorry to hear about all these concerns since they were not communicated to us before, during, or after your stay. Please understand that we are owner/operators and we personally manage and enjoy this house with our family. You never allowed us a fair chance to address your "concerns."

Unfortunately, Shannon was the worst kind of guest. She booked the property the night before due to needing a place to stay during the hurricane. She begged to bring her dog, stayed on site for less than 2 hours, lied about the property and then demanded her money back. Our property manager was on site 15 minutes before her arrival to ensure the property was in great shape. The house was inspected after her departure and there was again, nothing wrong. We honestly believe Shannon is a hurricane insurance scammer. VRBO confirmed that she never called them to complain about our property, she called to complain about a different property that she booked simultaneously. A very odd and unfortunate situation. VRBO is currently disputing her claim.
