Unique Little Island Cottage Getaway with Stunning Views.

Welcome to our stunning cottage on Kasshabog Lake in the heart of Kawarthas. The uniquely elevated cottage on high rocks provides a breathtaking views from this perfectly laid out property which is surrounded by water, weed free deep water swimming and gorgeous daily sunset views in the evenings out on the deck to enjoy with a glass of wine while barbecuing your favourite stakes.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen and double beds and a pull out couch in living room for extra 2 guests for a fee if needed.
One full size bathroom with hot shower and running hot water also a toilet in place. Towels are included.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your group, with all the necessary amenities, including coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator and Webber bbq with propane provided by the host. Also basic spices for gourmet chefs are provided.
The kitchen leads to the open concept living area and dining area with beautiful view on the surrounding lake with daily sunsets to enjoy from inside the property, making it perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family.

Cottage water is used from the lake which is filtered for drinking and cooking. No need to bring your water. A clean 15L jug of water will be provided for drinking and cooking.

Screened-in cozy room for beautiful natural surroundings and listening to loons at night is captivating.

Our cottage comes equipped with a TV and DVD player including movies for rainy days. There is no Wi-Fi as the place is the perfect place to escape the bustling business of the city however you will get a good connection on the dock and few spots in the cottage such as the deck, kitchen and screened porch to receive messages and make a phone call using your personal data.

Bring your own boat & launch at the Marina for a fee, 5 minutes away from the cottage island to explore the beautiful lake & all it has to offer.

Water sports are available, such as kayaking and canoeing to different islands and coves.

It takes 20 minutes via kayaks to get to Marina to enjoy a lovely walk in nature or sport lovers to enjoy running .

Who can not mention the famous jumping rock that attracts all cottagers FOR GENERATIONS, old and young to have a blast!


Guests are expected to bring their own toiletries & beach towels.

Stoney Point Marina is where you park your car, and the island is a 5-minute ride to the destination. Parking spots will be paid by the guests to the host on arrival. As of this year new car parking is available for $20/night.
