On the garden level, a separate, non-air-conditioned apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, one shower room, and a toilet.
The property extends over 2,700 m², offering a 12 x 6 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, spacious terraces perfect for relaxation, and a petanque court. Parking spaces on the property for approximately 4 vehicles. The total living area is approximately 270 m².
The town center is easily accessible by car or by local shuttle.
Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and clean.
